Sunflower Microgreens are a little known superfood. They're grown using regular sunflower seeds, in as little as 7 days! In this nascent stage, they're incredibly dense in nutrition, and are best eaten soon after harvest.
They are crunchy, and taste nutty and slightly sweet. Some even say it pairs well with a peanut butter & jelly sandwich! This incredibly versatile microgreen can be eaten in many ways, ranging from salads, smoothies, wraps, to just snacking on it, as is.
They're so good, that we recommend using them to introduce children and fussy eaters to greens!
