hipping microgreens requires insulated packaging & a short travel time to get to you in good condition. We are now shipping microgreens across U.S Mainland.

Areas in the North East US will be shipped to using 1 business day shipping to get your package to you in under 24 hours for $5.

The rest of the US will be shipped to, using 2 business day shipping for $13.

Free Shipping for orders above $50.

Please note: Minimum order for shipping is $20.  

For orders below $20, we offer pick up at our location in Woburn, MA.

We do not offer refunds. Microgreens cannot be returned for a refund.

When you subscribe for weekly/ biweekly/ monthly delivery, we can better predict how much food to grow. It not only reduces food waste, but ensures that you get the most fresh microgreens. They will last longer & taste better. You're also getting more nutrition out of them, as there's less time between harvest to your plate.

If you'd like to cancel your subscription, please know that we offer multiple delivery intervals, weekly, biweekly, once in 3 weeks and once a month! 

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account.

Subscriptions and recurring orders need to be cancelled 1 week before your order is set to recur. For example, if your order is set to recur on Thursday the 14th, you need to initiate cancellation on Thursday the 7th! 

We cannot offer refunds for orders cancelled with less than 7 days notice.

Yes! You absolutely can skip a delivery any time. You can pause your subscription by logging into your account, or email us on hello@giantgorillagreens.com and let us know which week you'd like to skip.

To place your order on hold or to skip an order, please let us know 1 week before your order is set to recur. For example, if you need to skip Thursday the 14th, you would need to log into your account and skip by Thursday the 7th. Or email us by Thursday the 7th!
